- Provide landlords with pertinent information on leasing availability, current market conditions, and property values.
- Compile complex property data for tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, status updates, and presentations for listing assignments.
- Prepare request for proposals and review RFP responses. Evaluate data and prepare in depth real estate reports on average rent, tenants in the market, historical data, and market comparisons.
- Review and prepare offers, term sheets, and lease amendments.
- Assist in the coordination of due diligence through the closing process.
- Maintain current knowledge of market conditions, property values, and legislation that may affect the real estate industry.
- Draft correspondence to existing and prospective clients. Prepare and distribute marketing materials.
- Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.
- Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement.
- Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.
- Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet timelines.
- Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Underwriting experience preferred. Real Estate Salesperson license required.
- Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
- Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
- In-depth knowledge of both ARGUS and Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
