    Accounting Manager

    Role Overview: As the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the accounting department, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulations.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
    • Prepare and analyze financial statements, variance reports, and budget forecasts.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
    • Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
    • Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
    • Coordinate with external auditors and tax professionals as needed.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to streamline operations.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    • Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
    • Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and financial reporting requirements.
