- Maintain the data dictionary for RL6 (DMH Safety Learning System)
- Provide support in creating a job aid for entry users of RL6.
- Assist in developing guidelines for the review of cases in RL6.
- Implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure service quality and response effectiveness.
- Skilled in data analysis tools or eager to learn.
- Written and verbal communication skills for conveying complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Collaborative and adaptable with interest in mental health services
- Ability to conduct independent research.
- Given the population served, bilingual or multilingual fluency.
- Benefits are unavailable with the exception of sick leave accruals.
- All employees will be paid on a biweekly basis and must have direct deposit.
- The salary for this position is $18 an hour.
- Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
