    Manage and execute the internal commission process and ensure accuracyReview and improve benefits administrationMonitor trends and provide advice and recommendationsManage the bonus scheme and the annual remuneration review and ensure compliancePrepare reports and analysis for managementAssist with implementation and management of various internal company rewards programsAssist with automation projects in relation to commissionsProvide advice and support to department managers in relation to commission payouts or deductionsEnsure any changes and updates are in line with current legislationAbout YouTo be successful in this position you will ideally have exposure in the following:
