Pay Rate:
$75,000 - $85,000 annually depending on experience, plus full benefit package.

Reporting to the HR Director you will process payroll and administer employee benefits programs.

This will include handling various day-to-day tasks, including helping onboard new employees, coordinating open enrollment and ensuring regulatory compliance for payroll.


Some opportunities in this role will be:


  • Processing payroll transactions accurately and promptly.
  • Employing best practices and contributing to process improvements.
  • Preparing reports as requested.
  • Handling employee verification.
  • Tracking and processing all deductions, garnishments, etc.
  • Educating new employees about benefits.
  • Acting as a liaison between employees and vendors to answer questions and resolve issues.
  • Providing input on optimal use of technology across several platforms.
  • Performing monthly reconciliations.
  • Coordinating reporting requirements for benefits.
  • And more.

You will bring:


  • Ability to work ONSITE at our Culver City location, this is NOT a remote or hybrid role.
  • A high school diploma or GED, is
    REQUIRED.
- an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.

  • 3+ years of experience in administering payroll and benefits,
    REQUIRED
:


  • 1+ years of experience working in ADP payroll software,
    REQUIRED.
  • An understanding of state regulations regarding payroll and benefits.
  • A general knowledge of human resources functions relevant to payroll and benefits.
  • Experience producing reports.
  • A demonstrated ability to translate technical information into language that is accessible to employees.
  • Computer savvy and familiarity with payroll/benefits platforms and Microsoft Office.
  • A strong detail orientation.
