What you can achieve with us:

Teaching electrical engineering content with a focus on control technology and automation technology at our training facilities in Vienna Center, OH
Organizing training processes and personnel assignments for trainees, as well as supervising their practical training at various company locations
Contributing to the development or adaptation of training programs according to legal, technical, and companyspecific requirements
Independently leading groups of trainees and promoting their professional, social, and personal skills
Participating in projects and representing CURRENTA in committees and examination boards of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce.

What you bring with you:

Completed training in an electrical engineering profession, as well as a completed further education as an industrial foreman or technician.
Further training as an instructor according to the AEVO suitability regulation.
Several years of professional experience as an industrial foreman, in personnel management, or as a company trainer.
Enjoyment of working with young people, mobility, and flexibility.
A selfdisclosure according to the Youth Employment Protection Act is required.
