as soon as possible, full-time or part-time, with 25.00 to 39.00 hours/week, 12 months fixed-term with the option of permanent employment.


_Your area of responsibility:

  • You support employable individuals through targeted care and assistance on their path to vocational training or the first job market.
  • In individual oneonone work, you assess the competencies of participants/clients and discuss their career prospects. This includes preparing, conducting, and following up on coaching in a oneonone setting.
  • You promote social and vocational competence and work together with participants to develop perspectives for their development.
  • You accompany internships and company trial phases, support the search for a suitable employer, and actively shape the placement process.
