    Description

    We are looking for personable and service-oriented part-time and full-time Sales Associates to join our fun-loving and hardworking teams at our Prince Street location in Soho

    As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers with their shopping needs and ensure an excellent shopping experience. Our team has a passion for fashion, are hard-working, have good communication skills, and are trustworthy and reliable. Our employees love their work and the environment of our store and locations. They know that it requires their full attention and passion to help women feel great when they enter and leave our store.

    Responsibilities

    Arrive on time and ready to work all assigned days.

    Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

    Deliver a high level of customer service by welcoming customers into the store, assisting customers with clothing selection, ensuring that fitting room(s) are ready for customers by promptly clearing out merchandise and returning it to the sales floor, processing transactions accurately and with a sense of urgency, and bagging items.

    Accurately execute end-of-day settlements.

    Assist with restocking items and overall inventory management.

    Maintain product knowledge by familiarizing yourself with store inventory and soliciting product information from co-workers.

    Communicate customer questions, concerns, and/or feedback to the team in an appropriate time frame.

    Demonstrate a professional and warm attitude that encourages a strong sense of teamwork, especially during fast paced peak hours/seasons.

    Provide a professional and friendly phone experience when answering store phone calls.

    Qualifications

    A passion and true talent for sales.

    Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields, preferred.

    One year of fashion retail experience, preferred.

    Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service

    High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, preferred.

    Open availability to work during our regular store hours, including weekends and holidays.

    Must be willing to work as a part of a team and collaborate effectively.

    A positive, outgoing, and engaging personality - able to initiate contact with the customers and identify their shopping needs.

    High level of integrity and attention to detail.

    Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    Able to receive feedback from customers and remain calm under pressure.

    Able to establish and maintain a good rapport with coworkers and customers.

    Desire and motivation to go above and beyond the call of duty - proactive rather than reactive mindset.

    Must be able to stand for 8 hours, carry up to 25lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
