GENERAL PURPOSE:


The Sales Associate-SEAL (Sales Excellence and Leadership Mentorship Program) is an introductory sales role to the private money lending industry.

The SEAL program at CV3 offers dynamic training to high-potential and career-driven sales professionals. The Sales Associate will complete a 12-week program that includes training and mentoring, with the end goal of graduating.

The main responsibility of this role is to complete required classes, examinations, and tollgates to graduate and be promoted to Account Executive.

Learning all facets of mortgage lending, private money lending, real estate investment, and CV3 product offerings and process flow.

While learning CV3 operations, the Sales Associate will simultaneously have hands-on experience as they shadow and provide support to a tenured Account Executive.

Works under the supervision of the Manager, Learning & Development with indirect supervision from the assigned Account Executive mentor.

July 15th, 2024


In this position, you will:


  • Attend classes and selfstudy to learn about the industry and CV
  • Pass all required examinations towards graduation into the Account Executive role.
  • Able to work cooperatively with teammates for group exercises, presentations, and projects.
  • Complete mock sales scenarios and test cases in CV3's operating system to fully simulate an Account Executive's role.
  • Demonstrates knowledge on midterm and final exam presentations.
  • Successfully completes SEAL training and mentorship period.
  • Works cooperatively with teammates for group exercises, presentations, and projects.

Requirements:


  • High school or GED required; bachelor's degree strongly preferred; or a combination of education and experience.
  • Experience or college courses in the mortgage (real estate) industry are preferred, but not required.
  • Basic knowledge and use of MS Office (specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook), imaging systems, and the Internet.
  • Experience working with a LOS is a plus.
  • Must have common sense, critical thinking, and problemsolving skills.
  • Goaloriented and selfmotivated to learn new skills and concepts, accept constructive feedback, and implement it quickly and accurately.
  • Ability to work fast under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong initiative and works well in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
