The Wurzen Promotion and Vocational Training Center is responsible for the administrative procedures for direct payments and area-based agricultural subsidies, as well as the implementation of specialized laws, particularly in the areas of fertilization, plant and soil protection, and livestock farming.


Responsibilities:


  • Monitoring of conditions, particularly in the area of fertilization to protect water bodies from contamination by nitrates and phosphates from agricultural sources
  • Administrative control and approval nonareabased payments
  • Technical review and decisionmaking in administrative controls for coupled premiums (animal premiums)
  • Implementation of administrative controls for coupled premiums (animal premiums)

The following knowledge and experience are required:

  • Completed university degree in the field of agricultural economics, equivalent to a Bachelor's degree
  • Proficient in MS Office standard software
  • Valid driver's license (Class B) with driving experience and willingness to use a company vehicle
