Event Coordinator (m/f/d) in Part-Time for our client in Arcadia, MO

The Position

  • You will be responsible for organizing and moderating events
  • You will work closely with your 3person team
  • You will assist with administrative tasks
  • You will maintain the website and contribute ideas for social media
  • You may also be responsible for booking hotels
  • Some events may take place on weekends, but otherwise you will work during regular office hours (approximately 20 hours per week)

About You

  • It would be beneficial if you have some knowledge of English
  • Otherwise, it is important that you are openminded, enjoy interacting with people, and have strong organizational skills
