Our highly specialized consulting services connect top tier talent with cutting-edge opportunities. Currently We are looking for HR Generalist to join in our team.

Job title: HR Specialist & Office Manager

Location: Washington DC- Hybrid

Job type: Fulltime

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist with the onboarding/offboarding experience and task lists.
Monitor and triage People Team inbox and in-office inquiries/requests regarding employee policies, procedures, and benefits.
Assist with the opening, scanning, and distribution of mail.
Oversee office management tasks such as inventory management, office supplies procurement, and facility maintenance coordination.
Assist employees with coordinating office logistics for meetings, events, and training, including room reservations, catering, and audiovisual setup.
Assist in creating and maintaining a welcoming and organized office environment.
Assist in maintaining confidential personnel files, records, and other employee documentation.
Create and manage employee surveys/polls.
Demonstrated ability to perform consistently within a fast-paced environment, driving multiple and competing priorities with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.

Position Specifications and Requirements:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential functions satisfactorily at a minimum. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Required Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in business or another related field is preferred.
1-2 years' experience with HR operations.
Proficient in G-Suite Products, Spreadsheets, Surveys, and Google Docs.
UKG Pro/Dimensions experience.

Preferred Skills:

Demonstrated discretion in handling sensitive information and discussing topics related to sexual violence with empathy and professionalism, a plus.
