Executive Assistant

FLSA Status:
Part-Time Hourly


Salary Range:
$27-$32HR

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Included but not limited to):

  • Provides administrative support to the Executive Director, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
  • Organizes and coordinates meetings, conferences, and events. Prepares materials, agendas, and ensure seamless logistics.
  • Maintains the physical professional appearance of the Executive Director's office.
  • Builds and maintains positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including board members, staff, and partners.
  • Assists in the planning and execution of projects, events, and initiatives as directed by the Executive Director.
  • Works alongside the Head of Services and Operations Director for special projects.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience

  • A Bachelor's degree in business or related field. Two or more years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.

  • Occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and peripheral vision.
  • Depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Ability to drive surface streets and highways.
