prokosch + partner architekten mbb is an architecture firm located in Waynesboro, PA. We specialize in planning and designing for existing buildings, historic preservation, school construction, retail design, and interior design. We offer services in all phases of the HOAI (German fee structure for architects and engineers).

We are currently seeking a graduate (m/f/d) in architecture with a B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree to join our team and assist with planning and realization, with a focus on building in existing structures.

Job Description:

Assisting with concept development for historic preservation projects, preparing and

working on interior design plans, supporting project managers in internal and external coordination processes, managing existing building surveys and post-processing them, contributing to presentations, reports, and documentation.

Qualifications:

Requirements:
You have a passion for details and organizing planning processes.
You enjoy working in a structured manner with drawings, text, and tables (Excel).
You have an eye for observing and documenting existing structures, including visual and written representation.
You have some knowledge of common digital tools used in architecture firms (Office, CAD, graphics/layout, etc.) and are eager to learn more.
You are open to working in all phases of the planning process.
You have a strong command of the German language, both spoken and written.
