Your tasks:

Unbeatable together: Professional and disciplinary leadership responsibility for our three customer service employees in the field and in the office

Customer service instead of anonymous call center: Proactive maintenance and support of existing customers, explanation of our service offerings on site, managing customer inquiries

100% is only plan B: Checking and managing all important documents and meeting deadlines for new deliveries

Your profile:

Completed business studies or commercial training
Professional experience and leadership experience in a "relentlessly" customeroriented position
Proficient in MS Office and fluent in German (spoken/written)
Enthusiastic, outgoing and wellorganized personality
