- Responsible for ensuring events are executed on time and within budget by:
- Managing on-site logistics from setup to breakdown
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders for seamless event planning and execution
- Overseeing event production to guarantee a flawless audience experience
- Creating promotional materials and handling event-specific requirements
- Coordinating venue management, catering, AV, and more
- Conducting post-event evaluations and reporting to stakeholders
- Introducing innovative strategies to enhance digital event experiences
- Managing event inventory, forecasting materials, and organizing event swag
- Researching gifting ideas and establishing vendor relationships
- Performing assigned duties as needed
- Highly organized and adept at prioritizing tasks
- Creative problem solver with strong collaboration skills
- Ability to drive projects from start to finish with attention to detail
- Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
- Flexible, quick decision-maker who can adapt to changing situations
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools
- Bachelor's degree in events management, marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of event coordination experience
- Office and event site environments
- Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed
