    Digital Disbursements is a fintech company, led by a team with deep industry experience and a strong track record of value creation.

    We operate in the digital payments space and have a proven product-market fit.

    We specialize in helping bring B2C payments to the digital age and are poised for significant growth in the months ahead.

    Digital Disbursements was acquired by Western Alliance Bank (NYSE:
    WAL) in January 2022 and operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of WAL. The Senior Software Engineer will be reporting to and working directly with the Chief Technology Officer.

    What We Are Looking For


    Looking for a well-rounded full stack developer with a solid understanding of web application development, MySQL database and Amazon Web Services (AWS).

    The ideal candidate would have a solid background building highly scalable system with a passion for learning new technology and solving problems.

    7+ years of strong Object-Oriented Development experience
    3+ years of strong MySQL experience (designing and administrating)
    4+ years NodeJS experience
    4+ years Strong ReactJS experience
    4+ years Typescript experience
    Strong HTML, CSS and JavaScript experience
    Strong understanding of Amazon API-Gateway & Lambda
    Solid experience building API frameworks (RESTful or GraphQL)
    Experience using Microsoft Team Foundation System (Azure DevOps) would be a plus
    Experience with Amazon Web Services a plus
    Experience with Amazon QuickSight a plus
    Experience working with NoSQL DynamoDB a plus
    Ability to work in a small, dynamic programming team
    Able to work in a fast-paced environment

    Compensation:
    Salary range for new hires is generally $132, $164,150.00 for CA - Remote (Southern). Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned and restricted stock.
