    Looking for your next opportunity? We are hiring for a Bilingual Customer Service/Hose Repair Technician in Marietta, GA

    Shop Specialists/Hose Repair Technicians service walk-in customers at our hose repair shops. This position requires an inquisitive nature, mechanical background, and excellent problem-solving skills to be successful. ***Please do not apply if you do not have hands-on mechanical experience***

    Pay:

    • Starting at $17/hr

    Schedule:

    • M-F 8 am to 5 pm, Saturdays 9 am to 1pm

    Responsibilities:

    • Diagnose and repair hoses with efficiency and accuracy
    • Anticipate and address customer needs
    • Maintain showroom and shop inventory, tools, and facilities
    • Streamline and support daily processes
    • Follow-up with customers to generate additional business

    Qualifications:

    • Experience in a customer-facing role
    • Must be bilingual; able to speak fluently in both Spanish and English
    • Must be 18 years or older
    • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
    • Must be able to regularly lift up to 150 lbs with ease
    • High school diploma or GED
    • Strong organizational and computer skills
    • Mechanically inclined (experience in hydraulics a plus)
    • Excellent communication skills (Spanish a plus)
