    **YOU CAN DO THESE THINGS**

    Ability to work the hours of 3:00pm-11:30pm

    Support both production and food safety by ensuring the equipment, tools (utensils and smallwares) and facility are effectively cleaned, sanitized and ready when they are needed

    Maintain cleanliness in employee work and break areas

    Monitoring the condition, dilution and availability of sanitation chemicals and tools

    Conduct post-op inspections and assist with the disassembly of production equipment

    **REQUIREMENTS:**

    Experience with food manufacturing equipment, operations and GMPs

    OSHA Safety Training

    Good communicator

    Ability to follow established procedures & standards

    Flexible and resourceful
