The Role - The purpose of this role is to ensure our products meet quality expectations, prepare and ship products.

Winning in this role is working efficiently as a part of the team producing the worlds best DTF transfers, happy customers and positively contributing to our Supaculture.

Shifts Available for this role:9AM- 5PM**

Key Responsibilities

Health and Safety
Show committment to health and safety by actively promoting safe work practices and proactively managing hazards, while ensuring adherence to safety policies and procedures.

Quality Control

Maintain a high standard of quality control, implement rigorous quality assurance measures to uphold our commitment to delivering products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Inspect printed materials to ensure they meet quality standards.
Proactively communicate with departments regarding any issues to ensure resolved in a timely and effectively manner
Conducting duringrun print checks and quality control management to ensure consistency and removal of errors

Counting and packing

Ensuring accurate order count and agrees upon overages are included and documented
Packing and labelling orders as per company guidelines
Escalate internal reprints and document as required

Shipping

Dispatch Shipments using company software systems and carriers
Completion of documentation as required, including: but not limited to customs.
Operate hand truck, pallet jacks and related material handling equipment
Prepare orders for customer pick up

Teamwork

Build and maintain trusted relationships within team and cross functionally
Provide support to other teams as required

Communications

Positive, open and effective communications. Escalating concerns or issues as needed.
Provide relevant and timely information so that information flows seamlessly between individuals and teams
Communicate problems with jobs and troubleshoot them with team members

The physical requirements of the role include:

Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch and twist throughout the working hours
Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
The following specific types of vision: close, color, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Able to work in moderate to loud work environment.
Able to work with moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, and toxic/caustic chemicals utilizing appropriate PPE

Experience, skills and abilities

Previous experience in a QC, logistics or shipping role preferred
Excellent attention to detail and color perception
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Reliable transport
