The purpose of this role is to ensure our products meet quality expectations, prepare and ship products.

Winning in this role is working efficiently as a part of the team producing the world's best transfers, happy customers and positively contributing to our Supaculture

Key Responsibilities
Health and Safety

Show commitment to health and safety by actively promoting safe work practices and proactively managing hazards, while ensuring adherence to safety policies and procedures.

Quality Control

Maintain a high standard of quality control, implement rigorous quality assurance measures to uphold our commitment to delivering products that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Inspect printed materials to ensure they meet quality standards.

Proactively communicate with departments regarding any issues to ensure resolved in a timely and effectively manner

Conducting during-run print checks and quality control management to ensure consistency and removal of errors

Preparing sample pieces for trade shows

Counting and packing

Ensuring accurate order count and agrees upon overages are included and documented

Packing and labelling orders as per company guidelines

Escalate internal reprints and document as required

Shipping

Prepare Sample Kits for Trade shows

Dispatch Shipments using company software systems and carriers

Completion of documentation as required, including: but not limited to customs.

Operate hand truck, pallet jacks and related material handling equipment

Prepare orders for customer pick up
