    Description

    Dinan & Company, a middle-market investment bank, is looking for a Junior Investment Banking Analyst to join their team at the Phoenix headquarters. In this role, you will work with Dinan's expanding international M&A team, assisting in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other transactions for corporate and Private Equity clients in different global markets and industries. Get ready for a thrilling opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of global M&A advisory, collaborating closely with senior-level bankers on small deal teams.

    • Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct thorough research on companies, industries, competitors, and end-markets to pinpoint potential targets/buyers and assist in strategic positioning
    • Create concise, professional reports, presentations, and client communications
    • Work closely with global deal teams and clients
    • Manage multiple workflow streams efficiently and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
    • Explore various industry sectors and geographies through international deal projects


    Desired Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance, preferably in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
    • Excellent analytical, PowerPoint, and Excel skills
    • Knowledge of Capital IQ and Salesforce is a plus
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to stay composed under pressure and meet tight deadlines
    • Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
    • Proficiency in a second language is a bonus
    • Prior exposure to investment banking, financial services, or industry research is advantageous
    • Willingness to travel as required
