Dinan & Company, a middle-market investment bank, is seeking to hire a Junior Investment Banking Analyst at our Phoenix headquarters. This position will be part of Dinan's growing international M&A team, providing support on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other transactions for corporate and Private Equity clients across various global markets and industries. This is an exciting opportunity to gain broad exposure to global M&A advisory while working on small deal teams and interfacing directly with senior-level bankers.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive research on companies, industries, competitors, and end-markets to identify potential targets/buyers and support strategic positioning

Draft crisp, professional reports, presentations, and other client communications

Collaborate across global deal teams as well as with clients

Manage multiple workflow streams and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Opportunity to gain exposure to various industry sectors and geographies through international deal work

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance, preferably in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field

Strong analytical, PowerPoint, and Excel skills

Familiarity with Capital IQ and Salesforce preferred

Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Ability to work calmly under pressure and tight deadlines

Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Proficiency in a second language is preferred

Prior experience in investment banking, financial services, or industry research is a plus

Ability to travel as needed
