As a recognized leader in our services, we continue to build and expand our talented team of professionals, and we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our customer service team As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support via various communication channels.

The rate of pay for this position is $16.00-$20.00/hour based on experience


Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers
  • Ensure appropriate action is taken to resolve customer questions
  • Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries or comments
  • Educate participants on their plan options and guidelines
  • Stay updated on plans and services
  • Work closely with Manager and team to provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:


  • Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills including active listening
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong problemsolving skills with a customerfocused approach
  • Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
  • Serviceoriented
  • Patient and Empathetic
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software; experience with CRM software a plus
  • Ability to learn and understand HRCTS' plans
