Key Responsibilities:


  • Obtain approval signatures from department heads.
  • Organize and process invoices in Accounting Software.
  • Print and mail checks.
  • Reconcile monthly credit card statements.

Manage Tuition Billing and Financial Aid:

  • Manage billing processes for diverse student groups.
  • Assist with adjusting payment schedules and methods.
  • Coordinate additional billing requirements.

Handle Collection of Delinquent Tuition Accounts:

  • Communicate payment options with delinquent account holders.
  • Provide updates to the Finance Committee on account status.
  • Collaborate with Collections Agency and handle post-graduation accounts.
  • Run biweekly reports and follow up with customers for payments.

Act as Liaison with the Diocese:

  • Coordinate with HR on contracts, insurance, payroll, and benefits.
  • Maintain employee absence records and substitute coverage.

Oversee Food Service Management:

  • Manage the Free and Reduced Lunch program.
  • Serve as a bridge between the Food Service Company, RMHS, and Diocese.
  • Prepare documentation for audits and contract bids.

Required Skills:

  • Strong accounting background.
  • Proficient in Office 365, Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Mandatory strong spreadsheet skills.

Hiring Rate:

$23-$26 per hour

Pay:

$ $26.00 per hour
