    Description

    • Training: Quality concepts, Quality management system general requirements, and customer requirements.
    • Measurement Equipment: Maintain and train on safe handle ,storage, and use of measurement devices.
    • Product approval and acceptance: Receiving verification, material approvals, and final product approvals.
    • Audit Support: General QMS and process audit activities including internal audits.
    • Customer and internal issues including corrective action support.
    • Data acquisition and analysis reporting.
    • First Article Inspections (PPAP.)
    • Production support for new products and product changes.
    • Continual improvement activities: Six Sigma, Lean, Root Cause ,Risk Analysis, and Corrective Actions.
    • Support and generate specifications and standards for customers' and suppliers' requirements.
