    • Job location: 77 Hot Metal Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15203
    Marketing Manager ( Marketing Operations, Brand Experience, Photo Shoot and Events Planner / Coordinator ) :

    • Reports directly to Director
    • Aerie Brand Strategy in American Eagle Outfitters, with a dotted line to Manager
    • Aerie Brand Experience.
    • Operational responsibilities primarily supporting product/model photo shoot planning and execution and brand experience events.
    • Manage photo shoot contracts, inclusive of models, photographer and videographer, handling redlines and sign offs with external agencies and internal legal team
    • Execute purchase orders and manage invoice process for photo shoots
    • Maintain internal budget tracker with photo shoot expenses, with ongoing reporting to manager and finance for budget status seasonally
    • Plan for and coordinate video and photo content for all customerfacing events
    • Create event plan and manage execution of Aerie's sponsorship of Rollettes Experience event
    • Submit marketing briefs for live and digital events to coordinate cross functional marketing support for all events
    • Manage logistics for brand events inclusive of sourcing product, booking travel, creating talent briefs, and run of show
    • Partner with Customer Marketing Teams to strategically plan offers, loyalty integration and customer acquisition tactics for events
    • Assist in managing and executing Aerie Live Watch & Shop digital events
    • Business travel may be requested for inperson brand events

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Social or Digital Media, Public Relations, Communication, or related field.
    • Prior background in Marketing Operations, Brand Strategy and Experience, Photography and Video Production, as well as Event Planning and Coordination.
    • Proficiency in Google Apps / Google Workspace, including Google Slides, Sheets, Mail, Calendar & other applications, and MS Office.
    • Experience with Canva online design and publishing tool will be a big plus.
    • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problemsolving, presentation, and planning skills, verbal, and written communication skills.
    • Collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team, both internally and externally, influence peers and senior management.
    • Ability to work in a fastpaced and deadlineoriented environment with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and results.
