Our client in the metropolitan region of Nuremberg is currently seeking a Senior Physician (m/f/d) for General and Visceral Surgery to join their team as soon as possible.

This academic teaching hospital is a facility for basic and standard care with multiple locations. The Department of General and Visceral Surgery offers a wide range of services, including bariatric surgery, and is certified as a colorectal center.

The hospital is located in beautiful Bavaria, not far from the city of Ingolstadt. The city of Nuremberg can also be reached within a short hour's drive. The region's rich and diverse history can be seen at every turn, with plenty of opportunities for architectural, cultural, and culinary exploration.

Your responsibilities - challenging and diverse

  • Providing patient care in both outpatient and inpatient settings
  • Organizing and performing surgical procedures
  • Actively developing the medical spectrum
  • Supervising and training junior physicians (m/f/d)
  • Participating in on-call duty
