- Developing implementation proposals and technical solutions for process optimization
- Comprehensive project management with responsibility for the entire software development process
- Implementing new project ideas with a focus on increasing productivity, gaining competitive advantages, and providing customer benefits
- Continuous product development and creation of requirement profiles in collaboration with customers and partners
- Coordinating internal and external development teams
Profile
- Completed degree in electrical engineering or a comparable education
- Project experience in complex consulting and software projects, preferably in the automation or manufacturing industry
- High customer orientation, analytical thinking skills, and a sense of responsibility
- Persuasiveness, enthusiasm, independence, and teamwork
- Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
