Description
Pay rate:
$20.00/hr
Hours: 7:30am- 4:30pm
Location:
Mountain View, CA
Duration: 4 months
Must be vaccinated and be able to show proof.
Summary:
Works to learn and manage all aspects of the RICOH Service Center in the absence of the Site Manager or Supervisor.
Candidate will run high volume/production copy machines and perform binding and finishing work.Ensure convenience copiers are working properly, checking for quality via daily inspections.
Clears paper jams and informs technicians of specific problems.
May perform Reception services on a temporary/occasional basis.
Distributes office supplies, fax transmissions and mail to company personnel and/or designated drop-off points as required.
Ensures upkeep of convenience copier areas by keeping neat and well stocked.
May perform meeting room and conference room set ups.
Assists with the movement of supplies, equipment, etc.
May be required to lift 2-50lbs and assistance will always be available.
No driving is required.
Dress code is business casual.

Skills:
Sorting and delivery of mail and packages/badges throughout the customer's site.
Performs duties related to the shipping and receiving of materials and packages.
Learning mail delivery routes at multiple customer locations.
Establishing and maintaining quality controls to ensure work accuracy as it relates to mail operations.
Delivers completed reproduction work to pre-determined delivery areas. This may include delivery areas outside of the customer's office location.
May travel between customer's buildings.
Complete training as assigned.
Other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High School Diploma (or equivalent) with additional education preferred
Requires a valid state driver's license and minimum level of auto insurance coverage per company policy for the position entails extensive use of personal car while on company business.
Completed classes and experience involving computers, electronics, mechanics, etc. is desired.Demonstrate competency in basic computer skills
Minimum of 2 years' experience in office setting is preferred.
Ability to provide an excellent customer experience, utilizing strong customer service, personal and communication skills.
