Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated experienced Caregivers to provide assistance and support to individuals in need.

As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting with daily activities and ensuring their well-being.


Duties:


  • Provide personal care and assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Administer medications according to prescribed instructions
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary
  • Support individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities in their daily routines
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities to promote social interaction
  • Document client progress and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate supervisor

Experience:


  • Previous experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or similar settings is required
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining client confidentiality
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or other special needs is a plus
  • Knowledge of childcare practices and techniques is beneficial

Requirements:


  • Must be reliable, compassionate, and patient
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others
  • Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing needs
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Pay:
$ $21.00 per hour
