Description

Overview:

We are looking for caring and dedicated Caregivers to offer help and support to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, your role is crucial in improving the quality of life for our clients by aiding with daily tasks and ensuring their welfare.

Duties:

Provide personal care and support to clients, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Administer medications following prescribed guidelines.
Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when required.
Help individuals with autism or other developmental conditions in their day-to-day activities.
Prepare meals and support with feeding if necessary.
Maintain a hygienic and secure environment for clients.
Offer companionship and participate in activities to encourage social interaction.
Record client progress and communicate any changes or issues to the relevant supervisor.

Experience:

Prior experience in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or similar environments is preferred.
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and upholding client confidentiality.
Experience with individuals with autism or other special requirements is advantageous.
Understanding of childcare practices and methods is beneficial.

Requirements:

Must be dependable, caring, and patient.
Great communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
Able to follow instructions and adjust to changing demands.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
