    Description

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure excellent service from the entire team
    • Coordinate with events clients
    • Lead the staff in providing a consistently outstanding guest experience
    • Ensure the entire team is up to date with standards operation procedures
    • Ensure the business continues along brand path while promoting a profitable environment
    • Work with management and operations team to drive marketing opportunities
    • Identify operational and/or service issues and take prompt corrective action where necessary or suggest alternative courses of action
    • Manage all customer service responses .

    Skills & Requirements

    • 1+ years of restaurant and events management experience
    • Weekend and evening availability required
    • Exceptional service skills
    • Outstanding food and beverage knowledge
    • Ability to lift +25 pounds
    • Food Handler's Certification
    • Strong ability to multitask
    • Self-motivated
    • Problem solving & delegation
    • Excellent verbal & written communication
    • Attention to detail
    • Understanding of Triple seat systems booking platform.
    • Multilingual English and Spanish is a plus
