Your tasks - our common goal:

  • You support in company valuations, for example in the context of company acquisitions, cooperation projects, or corporate capital and structural measures (mergers, company contracts, or squeeze-outs). This includes in particular

  • conducting peer group analyses and deriving capital costs.
