As an Operations Specialist, you'll support Theater Sustainment Command (TSC) operations bringing in-depth understanding and expertise to one or more aspects of logistics missions, processes, and culture.
You'll apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. You'll develop innovative solutions to complex problems, work without considerable direction, and work with other team members.On the G3 team, you'll manage a broad spectrum of operations at the TSC level and work towards synchronizing planning efforts across the TSC, Army Staff, Joint Staff, and operational units.
You'll coordinate and synchronize within the organization, draft internal and external taskings, write operation orders, and other relative activities as required.

5+ years of experience in logistics serving as an Officer, Chief Warrant Officer, or Senior Non-commissioned Officer at the Brigade level
Experience with implementing logistics policy and procedures compliant with higher headquarters and service guidance
Experience working in an Army Distribution Management Center (DMC) at the Brigade level
Experience with developing sustainment plans
Experience with Army and Joint Doctrine and Training Policy
Experience with using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Ability to communicate and present written and orally at a level commensurate with a general officer staff
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

8+ years of experience at the B rigade
level or above
Experience with the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), Army Design Methodology (ADM), and Joint Planning Process (JPP)
Knowledge of theater and advanced joint planning to shape and deliver desired plans
Knowledge of USINDOPACOM policy and strategy and USINDOPACOM TCP/TCO, GCPs, CT EXORD, OPLANs, CONPLANs, and Theater Security Cooperation Plans, including linkages to parallel national interests
Graduate of a Command and General Staff College (CGSC), Intermediate Level Education (ILE), or Battle Staff Course
Clearance:
