    About Our Client:

    Our client is a leading player in the medical aesthetics device industry and one of the world's major manufacturers of medical and aesthetic equipment, with direct offices in more than 80 countries. As a market leader in non-invasive treatments, they operate in the fastest-growing segment of medicine.

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a District Sales Manager who will be responsible for hunting and developing new business in an almost untapped territory with immense scope for growth. This region has the potential to become a multi-million-dollar market. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to build and lead their own sales team to cover the region.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the medical aesthetics sector within the designated territory.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
    • Build and lead a high-performing sales team to expand market presence.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
    • Conduct regular sales meetings with team members to track progress and provide guidance.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

    Experience Required:

    • Proven track record of growing business in the medical aesthetics field.
    • Numbers-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
    • Experience in sales management and building high-performing teams.
    • Knowledge and expertise in the aesthetics field, including non-invasive treatments.
