Description
We are seeking a Help Desk person to join our team You will handle a variety of projects to support and improve the organization's network systems.
This is an on premise job.Our customers require US Citizenship for all employees of TSI and we will abide by this request.
Responsibilities:
- Responds to Help Desk Tickets
- On-Call rotation
- Manage all aspects of the networking platform
- Troubleshoot network & workstation issues
- Monitor active network and server infrastructure
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment
- Document all technical procedures and user guides
- Performs onsite technical assistance
- Creates network diagrams and collects information about new clients
- Works on projects from beginning to completion to satisfy client needs
- Ensures backups are performing correctly
Required Non-Technical Competencies:
- Ability to take projects from start to finish
- Ability to Project Manage & Document all projects/tasks
- Ability to work nights and weekends, as necessary, to complete tasks
- Ability to provide guidance in nontechnical terms to our clients
- Ability to communicate efficiently on all projects and processes
- Be willing to continue acquiring certification
Required Technical Competencies:
- Windows 2012,2016,201
- Expertise in the Windows Desktop Environments 10,1
- Firewall SonicWALL
- Meraki Wireless Access
- Knowledge in Cloud (Public/Private) Environments
- Windows Hyper V
- VMWare
- Microsoft Office 365

- Above average Customer Service Skills
- Above average Communications Skills verbal and written
- Above average Documentation Skills
- 3+ Years Help Desk experience
- 3+ Years Systems & Network Administrator or Engineer
- Good driving record
- Strong sense of duty
- Detail oriented
- Expert followup skills

- Medical IT Background
- MCSE (Any)
- Soncwall Firewall
- Microsoft SQL Experience
Pay:
$45, $55,000.00 per year
