- Prepare and analyze campaign data to extract meaningful insights.
- Help build and maintain mobilization data pipelines and tools.
- Works with a team that works cohesively to execute projects with accuracy, attention to detail, and within timelines
- Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and engineers to produce deliverables.
- 1+ years of experience applying data and analytics tools in a political, business, non-profit, academic, or volunteer setting.
- 1+ years using SQL for school or professionally.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills and platforms used by other team members.
- A track record of prioritizing projects with the ability to be self-directed.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A desire to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and implement creative solutions to unique problems.
- A technical skill set that includes familiarity or proficiency in a variety of programming languages/software such as (but not limited to) MS Excel, Google Suite, Python, QGIS, R, and dbt
- Experience volunteering or working on a political campaign data team or with the Voter File.
