Position Overview:
The purpose of an Inventory Associate is to assist the Inventory and Receiving Manager with any daily tasks at hand.
Essential Job Functions:
- Receive all inbound inventory for stock and confirmed orders.
- Address mixed skids of material to verify counts and material before checking into FSI stock.
- Put material away in its correct location after the receiving process.
- Guide incoming material to the proper spots for upcoming orders.
- Address nonstock material.
- Assist Inventory and Receiving Manager on any daily tasks needed.
- Utilize the ERP system for Inventory and Receiving
- Assist and prep for yearend audits.
- Restock homes.
- Assist with picking and packing orders when required.
Requirements:
- Must be able to multitask
- Must be able to effectively function in a high paced work environment
- Must be able to relate and deal effectively with coordinating tasks between departments
- Must have prior experience on scanners and mobile devices
- Prior experience in inventory/warehouse related fields
- Must have prior forklift experience
Other Skills/Abilities:
- Must have basic computer skills
- Must have good organizational skills
- Must be able to use personality and creativity to accomplish daily tasks
- Must have excellent communication skills
Pay:
From $19.75 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
