1-3 years of experience in maintenance, housekeeping, laundry attendant or custodial services

Location:
Midtown Manhattan

Schedule:
Sunday - Wednesday (11:00PM - 7:00AM) 1 hour unpaid lunch

The ideal General Cleaner/Porter will be able to successfully perform the following responsibilities:

Maintain Locker rooms clean and restocked
Wipe down countertops, desks, and other surfaces
Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors
Communicate professionally with clients and Safety Supervisors
Comply with safety policies and procedures
Trash Removal
Must have the flexibility to work a nontraditional schedule.
MUST HAVE WEEKEND, HOLIDAY AND SOME EARLY MORNING/MIDDAY/LATE EVENING WEEKDAY AVAILABILITY
Ability to speak and write English
Reliable transportation to and from client accounts
Ability to work in an isolated environment with mínimal supervision
