Role Overview As a Handyman you are responsible for prioritizing and handling all assigned work orders, as well as maintaining the facility/building neat and presentable. Perform maintenance tasks including but not limited to cleanliness, appearance and assisting in other duties as the client's needs may change.

Hourly:
$25 - $30 an Hour
Full-Time Roles: 40 hours a week

Please note roles vary from temp to temp or permanent

Handyman duties would include, but not limited to:

Basic understanding of operating/working with tools.
Personal Ownership of tools

(Ex:

Drill, Screw Drivers, Hammer, etc.)

Strong communicative, organization, time management and problemsolving skills
Able to follow directions and work with mínimal supervision, as well as in a team.
Installing appliances (such as stove, refrigerator, dishwasher)
Window repair such as window screens and window parts such as lock or balances
Review/Followup with any new or pending work orders within the building or facility. (This includes any Electrical, Plumbing or Carpentry work.)
Perform Weekly spot checks on recently completed work orders

(Ex:

AC Unit, Window Guards, Sinks, etc.)

Required experience:

Must have at least 2 years Handyman experience
Any licenses and/or certifications is a plus

Physical requirements include:
walking and standing during the entire shift (often 4-8 hours), climbing stairs, kneeling to clean floors, pushing and pulling objects, lifting and moving objects (up to 50 lbs), repetitive bending and lifting, and repetitive arm movement
