    What You'll Do:

    • Be responsible for building an intuitive and reliable shopping experience, including browsing product details, checkout, shopping, return, refund etc.
    • Be responsible for Promotion and Campaign, building platforms and tools for merchants, clients, and business to manage campaigns, deliver best results, and receive actionable insights.
    • Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other disciplines to explore the next generation of shopping experiences on TikTok
    • Drive and shape the growth of a highly effective mobile engineering team, provide professional and technical leadership to support the professional growth of individual team members
    Qualifications


    • Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
    • 5+ years of experience in mobile engineering and proficiency in at least one Java/Kotlin/Objective-C/Swift.
    • 1+ years of people management experience.
    • Strong understanding of software development principles, capabilities, and limitations of iOS platform, or deep understanding of the Android framework.
    • Experience within Ecommerce industry is a big plus.
