    The Social Asheville is looking for dedicated Back of House Team Members. As a back of the house team member you're responsible for setting the pace for a great shift, each shift We provide dependable, fast service that is in line with our company standards. If you take pride in great teamwork, have a passion for cooking, and want to ensure guest satisfaction, the Social wants YOU

    • Fast hiring process
    • Flexible part-time or full-time schedule
    • Great team atmosphere and culture responsibilities
    • Properly learn and execute all our recipe procedures
    • Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen the entire shift
    • Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures. This includes local and state regulations, as well as plating and cooking procedures
    • Communicate ticket times to Team Members
    • Delivering food at a great quality, and ensuring guest satisfaction
