- Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines and workflows on the Azure Cloud platform using Azure Data Factory (ADF) to support data integration, transformation, and loading processes.
- Develop and optimize data models, schemas, and databases on Azure SQL Database and other Azure data services to ensure efficient storage, retrieval, and analysis of structured and unstructured data.
- Implement data quality measures, validation rules, and data governance policies to maintain high data integrity and reliability throughout the data lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions and data engineering workflows.
- Implement and automate data integration processes between on-premises and cloud-based data sources using Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Data Sync, or other relevant tools.
- Conduct performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting of Azure data services, data pipelines, and SQL queries to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
- Monitor data quality, system performance, and resource utilization metrics on Azure Cloud platforms and implement proactive measures to address issues and improve efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest developments and best practices in Azure Cloud services, data engineering, and data quality management, and apply them to enhance our data engineering capabilities.
