    Are you ready to lead, inspire and innovate in the field of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)? At The Monarch Center, we are looking for a dedicated professional to take on the role of Program Director at our renowned center. As the Program Director, you will lead a team of expert professionals to provide exceptional services to children with ASD from across the country.

    About The Monarch Center: The Monarch Center is a leading provider of educational, behavioral, and clinical services for youth with ASD. We are committed to making a difference in the lives of those we serve.

    Position Summary: We are seeking a passionate individual to join our team as the Program Director at our Monarch Boarding Academy. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of our inpatient program to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients and their families. Your responsibilities will include staffing, clinical processes, stakeholder relations, finances, and more.

    Responsibilities:

    • Build and lead a diverse team of professionals
    • Provide top-notch clinical services
    • Manage stakeholder relationships
    • Ensure financial responsibility
    • Maintain regulatory compliance
    • Lead strategic vision and objectives

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum Masters Degree in relevant field
    • Licensure in related area
    • Three years of experience in clinical or educational settings
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Expertise in Autism Spectrum Disorders
