    Description

    Keystone Advisors is looking for a Senior Subject Matter Expert.

    The Senior Subject Matter Expert will support our Federal Clients in the Washington, DC metro area.

    The Senior Subject Matter Expert must meet the following requirements

    • Bachelors Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or related field.
    • 10+ years of experience in federal financial management and accounting.
    • Must be a CPA, CGFM, CDFM, CICA, CFE or other accounting related professional certification.
    • Must be a US Citizen with a Top-Secret Security Clearance.
    • Experience in federal audit and accounting.
    • Strong technical knowledge in accounting operations reorganization, financial management, or business systems reorganization.
    • Strong technical knowledge of and experience in applying the following laws and regulations: Financial reporting and auditing in accordance with GAAP and GAGAS, Office of Management & Budget (OMB)guidance, Federal Accounting Standards Advisory Board (FASAB) standards, USSGL and Government Accountability Office (GAO) Yellow Book and other general accounting concepts.
    • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication skills required to present information and respond to questions from various levels of the organization.
