INTRODUCTION

As the Team Lead in the Marketing department, you will be responsible for leading the marketing team to contribute to the achievement of our company's goals.

This includes developing and implementing marketing strategies, monitoring and analyzing market trends, planning and executing advertising campaigns, and coordinating with other departments to ensure that marketing activities support the overall goals of the company.

With your expertise, you will drive further growth and strengthen our position as a market leader.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

You will manage the operational leadership and marketing team (including budget).
You will be responsible for the development of the team (content, structure/organization).
You will take charge of areas such as content marketing (online & offline), performance marketing (SEA, SEO), PR & communications, and events.
You will monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.
You will oversee the planning, execution, and implementation of marketing initiatives across all active markets (DACH, IT).
You will continuously analyze and optimize marketing activities across all channels.
You will create regular reports and dashboards to track the performance of marketing activities and communicate them to management.
You will work closely with internal departments to ensure consistent and effective marketing support (enablement).

YOUR SKILLS:

You have several years of experience in B2B online and offline marketing, including experience in a leadership role.
You have strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret marketing metrics and derive actions.
