Team Leader (m/f/d) Sales Support - CLAAS Financial Services
BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions is one of the leading providers of financing solutions in Europe with a global presence. For over 30 years, we have been experts in credit, leasing, and rental solutions for mobile capital goods.

We support and promote the business success of our partners, manufacturers, and dealers by providing customized sales and purchasing financing solutions.

We are looking for a team leader for our sales support team at CLAAS Financial Services.

This team is responsible for processing financing and leasing requests for the agricultural machinery manufacturer CLAAS, with whom we work in a joint venture.


Responsibilities:

  • Professional, organizational, and disciplinary leadership of the team (scheduling, personnel planning, support for training and development of employees, conducting employee meetings, performance evaluations)
  • Monitoring and ensuring the correct processing of daily business, as well as providing support when needed (conducting checks, organizing department meetings, ensuring compliance with antimoney laundering laws and corporate guidelines)
  • Leading projects and participating in project groups
  • Independently processing financing/leasing requests from receipt of the request to credit assessment and decision within the scope of authority
  • Preparing offers in coordination with the sales team

Skills that convince:

  • Completed commercial training and several years of experience in sales support in the financial and leasing industry, university degree desirable
  • Good English skills, as well as good MS Office skills and a general IT affinity
