UWL is looking for a TRANSPORTATION COORDINATOR to join our team in Rocky River, OH
The Transportation Coordinator's primary role is brokerage dispatch and daily maintenance/management of all transportation shipments (drayage, OTR & Intermodal).

**Your typical day looks like:**
Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, vendors and internal teams
Communicating proactively with customers, vendors and team members regarding shipment status, delays, etc.
Discussing and upselling customers on additional services not currently being utilized
Ensuring all customer questions and concerns are handled timely and accurately
Working with carriers and vendors to organize and coordinate transportation needs
Coordinating delivery dates and times with receiver and shipper
Inputting data into various tracking systems
Accurately invoicing all shipments once complete
**The ideal candidate will possess:**
1 to 3 years working in Domestic or International Transportation industry
Prior dispatch or brokerage experience of Domestic Transportation
Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Transportation Management Systems and/or Transportation Brokerage Systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Work well under pressure with constants and deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Professional attitude & demeanor
Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task
