    Description


    If you are a Physical Therapist looking for a positive workplace culture focused on safety, quality, and excellence, consider becoming part of the Astera team Astera Health currently has an opening at our Henning satellite clinic.

    This position is part-time, 80 hours per biweekly pay period. Astera Health offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life and retirement.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
    Prescribe and implement treatment programs centered around the patient's needs and condition

    Promote improvement in service, department, and hospital systems to benefit patient care

    Seek continual learning opportunity to advance one's own practice

    Provide weekend physical therapy services to inpatient and swing bed patients per established weekend rotation schedule

    Work collaboratively with all members of the multidisciplinary health care team including occupational therapy and speech therapy


    Competencies Required:
    Ability to be flexible, organized, and function under stress

    Strong oral and written communication skills

    Demonstrates high degree of commitment to customer service excellence

    Cross cultural sensitivity


    Education and Experience Required:
    Graduate of Physical Therapy Program with active PT license in the state of MN
